Access to and sale of property records in bulk is the practice of obtaining, distributing, or selling large volumes of property ownership maintained by the county recorder’s office. PRIA’s Bulk Records Work Group has tackled a variety of related topics including data sets, ownership and access, storage and distribution, and charging for records. The resulting paper is in final draft form and ready for feedback during this conference session.
